Events

Each year, Little Peoples Daycare hosts several events. Our events provide families the opportunity to engage with their children and create memorable experiences in a fun and family centred environment.

Some events include our annual trip to the African Lion Safari, Graduation, Christmas Concert, Christmas with Santa, Mother’s Day Tea, Father’s Day Carnival, Sing-a-longs, Photo Booths, Movie Night Drive-in, and many more!

Christmas

Christmas Concert

During the Christmas season every classroom learns festive songs, dances, and poems. Spread over two performances, all the children present on stage in our 500 person auditorium for all their family and friends.

Family Christmas Event

All children and their families are invited to participate in our Family Christmas festivities. There is an opportunity to meet, mingle and have your picture taken with both Santa Claus and the Grinch. As a family, together you can also enjoy decorating ginger bread cookies and ornaments, while making lasting memories.

Fall Photo Booth

Make the most memories of the Fall season with a family photo around the Harvest display. Enjoy the fresh Apple Cider and donuts as part of the experience.

Father’s Day

Bouncy castles, games, photo booth, and Ice Cream sundaes are all part of this special celebration.

Mother’s Day

This is a great opportunity to celebrate and show appreciation for Mom, Aunt, Grandma, or that special someone. Children and their Mom will enjoy specialty teas, sandwiches, fruit, and dessert.

There is a Photo booth to capture the moment along with many great draw prizes.

Graduation

A celebration for all our preschoolers graduating into elementary school. Held in the auditorium so all family and friends can be a part of this special moment. There is a presentation of diplomas, children’s bible, and a special performance by our graduates.

Celebrate in the lobby afterwards with refreshments and cake while viewing all the children’s accomplishments.

St. Patrick’s Day Scavenger hunt, slime workshop, and crafts.

Easter petting zoo, egg hunt and a visit with the Easter bunny.

Sing-a-longs, story-time, and character visits–Pete the Cat, Dr. Seuss, Pinkalicious, Paw Patrol, Minnie and Mickey Mouse and many more

Little People’s was my daughters first experience away from home, and from day one it has been amazing. Even though she was hesitant at first the staff always made her feel comfortable and helped her ease through her new transitions.
